Family Faith Formation: Registration

Family Faith Formation Responsibilities

1. Active Registered Member at St. Teresa of Avila.
2. Regular Weekly Mass attendance at St. Teresa of Avila.
3. Monthly attendance at Family Faith Formation sessions, and completion of weekly units and interactive session reviews at home.
4. Regular attendance for Sacramental Preparation classes, and completion of lessons at home.

THERE IS AN AGREEMENT BOX TO CHECK ON THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW, ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RESPONSIBILITIES.

2023-2024 Registration

Faith Formation Registration Fees:

Registration Fee: $100.00 per family

Sacramental Prep Fees:
First Reconciliation: $50.00 per student (6 Monday classes beginning in October, in addition to monthly faith formation classes)
First Communion: $50.00 per student (8 Monday classes beginning in late February, in addition to monthly faith formation classes)
Confirmation: $125.00 per student (18 Monday evening classes from September through April)
