Commissions

Your involvement in our community is so essential.  We believe that every individual has been blessed with many gifts and talents, and God encourages us to share those gifts for the benefit of God's kingdom and our own community here at St. Teresa's. There are many opportunities for involvement and we encourage you to prayerfully reflect on what ministries God is calling you to become involved in here at St. T's. It has been proven that you gain a much broader and more enriching perspective on Church when you get involved.  

Education & Formation Commission

Parish Life Commission

"The mission and purpose of the commission is to promote family life, to help build community in the parish among all age groups. The commission identifies the needs for social and communal activities and programs that will strengthen the faith community and give people a sense of belonging."

Peace and Social Justice Commission

"The mission and purpose of the commission is to serve the needs of others in the Church, the community and throughout the world and to promote and define the dignity of each human person."

Spirituality & Worship Commission

"The mission and purpose of the commission is the development of liturgical and devotional celebrations that will call the entire community to full, conscious, and active participation in the heart of the liturgy: the paschal mystery of Jesus Christ."

Stewardship Commission

"The mission and purpose of the stewardship commission is to create a Stewardship Parish by educating, engaging and inspiring parishioners to prayerfully discern and use their God given gifts of time, talent and treasure in order to become Disciples of Christ."

Collegiate Outreach Commission

"The mission and purpose of the commission is to encourage and support college students as they strive to deepen their relationship with Christ, grow in their knowledge of the Catholic faith, and share the joy of the Gospel through love and service."
